Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

Hi! I'm trying to figure out what our goldendoodle Finn will look like as he grows older. He's got a lean build and often gets confused for a pure golden. His little face has gotten a bit fluffier, but it's nothing compared to his brother Hank who at 10 weeks already has his bangs and beard. We think Finn is adorable, but I do hope he'll start to get a little fuzzier in the face. If your goldendoodle looks like Finn at 8-10 weeks, could you send me before and after photos? Thank you!

Here's Rozee at 8 weeks and at 2 1/2 years. Hope this helps give you a general idea. Your baby reminds me so much of how Rozee looked at that sweet baby age. Rozee has a wonderful soft coat and is just the calmest and sweetest dog we've ever had. She was one WILD Girl until she hit 16 months - then it was like someone flipped a switch from Wild to Mild. Keep us updated on Finn! And many congrats on your new baby. Goldendoodles are the best ever.
Haley looked very much like Finn at 8 weeks. (His first trip to the vet after I got him they thought he was a Golden.) He has gone through a lot of changes since January 2009. Here are my before (8 weeks) and after (12 months). Enjoy the beautiful little puppy you have and the transition he goes through. Finn may well look entirely different than Haley as an adult.

Haley what a beautiful Christmas Picture :) Just one Handsome Dood.
He looks nothing like our boy Gunner, but he sure is a cutie. I love that every single one of them have their own look. Doodles are the best.
My dog kind of looked like yours as a puppy, I thought she would never get the shaggy look, but she did!

Finn is soooo cute!!!

This is Gus at six weeks, six months, and one year. Now he is just a lot of fur and fat and rolls but the happiest dog in the world.
