can the name of the breeder be disclosed so that potential puppy buyers know to avoid her... not that I do not want to help save these puppies but if buyers know what she does they are less likely to contact her as a first attempt to get a pet puppy.

I have no idea who the breeder is. I am just following up on a post on the ALAA forum and did not ask when I spoke to the rescue in Ottawa. Lynne may know.
