Has anyone found a way to stop snow, from building up between your doodles toes?

Lily can't keep booties on when in the woods. I am working hard to keep her feet clipped, but it would be great if there was some kind of protective cream. How are you coping with winter doodles?

We use ruffwear Boots, they stay on pretty good even in deep snow. The only time we have problems is if they are running and changing direction a lot, then the boot spins on his foot so it is upside downm but it doesn't come off!! I heard that the Mushers Secret stuff is really good, but couldn't find anywhere that sold it.
Thank you both for your replies. It was -13 here today and I decided to try the muttlucks I had for my last dog. He was a wonderful Newf cross with HUGE feet. He kept falling over in the muttlucks, so I didn't even consider them an option. But after your comments, I decided to give them a try on Lily. She too slid around, but finally got the hang of things. So I bought her a medium pair and have my fingers crossed.

I can see they will not work, when the ice forms on the snow in the spring. So I will order some Mushers Secret and keep you posted. Thanks again for your help. Happy walking... Donna
I use Neo Paw boots and they stay on very well. See neopaws.com
