Back to the original question, I can't figure out how 2 horse rescues stay at number 1 & 2. I just hope that when they win, they go away and give others a chance. Monmouth County SPCA is always hovering around the #4-5 slot, too. They are a small, local rescue shelter. I can't understand how they stay in it. They must have many people with many computers, voting many times a day. I just don't get it.
