We are leaving Friday and headed your way. We have friends in Mechanicsville we will be visiting.

The girls and I would love to meet somewhere Saturday morning before we hit the road to Jacksonville.

Stoney Point is a good place to get together. It's an outdoor mall that is very dog friendly. We'd love to meet you.

We'd love to meet you guys! There are quite a few dog parks in the area but with all the snow we had last weekend and the snow we may get this week they may all be a muddy mess. Stoney Point may be the best place to meet. I'll call Pets at Play too to see if their indoor play area is available.

Pets at Play is available on Saturday morning anytime before 1:00, but we will probably need to reserve it early this week if you want to secure an indoor area for Saturday. It is $5 per doodle and if you would like to give your dood a bath before heading out it is an additional $10. If that sounds good, please let me know what time works for everyone - and when you need to hit the road, Adrianne. Perhaps we should wait another day to see what the forecast calls for on Saturday....

We are so excited!! I would like to meet around 10am if that is possible. Give us time to play and still get to Jacksonville before it gets too late.

Of course we could just meet up at Strange's Dog Days too since there is all kinds of dog things going on there. However this will not give the dogs "play time" I am up for either or both, which ever works for everyone. We probably need to keep in mind that they are already calling for another snow storm that day....yippy...well not really. I am pretty much other the snow!

Matzkin Trip Update -
I spoke with my friend in Mechanicsville - she told me that you are expecting a snow/rain storm Friday into Saturday AND they must go out of town this weekend.
SO...
we will not be stopping in Virginia on our drive down. SUPER POOP!!! We should be stopping on the way back North sometime in April.
