Basic question....

I knew how to change the theme on my page... But today for some reason, I can not get the down loaded picture to go to my Header...

What am I doing wrong?

Helps me...thanks Joanne. It's always been "trial and error" for me. Sometimes I put pictures out several times before I get them to just the right size. If I'm doing a tile picture I'm fine, but this will really help for the full header pictures.

I only do my page when I have some time because for me it is ALWAYS trial and error. I do one thing and click save to check the results, then I keep going often changing text color several times, until I get one I can read?
