I feed Dalai home cooking and Evo and am trying to change up the kibble a little.  I just bought Fromm's Surf and Turf, since I have heard a lot of good about it on doodlekisses.  But I don't think she likes it because the kibble is in small bits.  I do want a grain free kibble, but don't want to give up on Fromm's.  The daycare that Dalai goes to supplies Fromm's, so I don't want to quite rule it out yet since it is convenient for buying her food.

Does anyone know if there are other flavors of Fromm's that are in larger bites and grain free.  I know when I tried smaller bites of EVO Dalai didn't like it as much as the larger bites.

Surf N Turf is the only Fromm's formula that is grain-free.
BooHoo!!! Any other good foods you would recommend that are grain free. Keeping in mind how much Dalai likes EVO. Thanks.
Nancy, thanks for the link to all the EVO brands available. I will look further at the store where I buy dalai's food and ask them if they could possibly order some other varieties.
I didn't know EVO had different varieties. I know Innova makes EVO but didn't think they were grain free. I will have to look into it further. Does Innova have grain free besides EVO?
The company name is Natura. They have three lines.
EVO is their grain-free line and has several different formulas; fish based, meat based, chicken based, possibly others. The red meat formula also comes in large and small bites. Check their website which Nancy linked for you above to see their full product line.
Innova is their healthy grains line.
California Naturals is their limited ingredient line for dogs with sensitive stomachs or food allergies.

Orijen and Acana are top of the line grain-free formulas made by Champion Foods of Canada. This is my personal favorite. They also have several different formulas of each food.
Solid Gold makes a very good grain-free formula called "Barking at the Moon". I don't know what the piece sizes are like.
Thanks Karen, I didn't know EVO had other formulas, since I feed the red meat formula. I will definitely go this route before I try other brands. Orijen is next on my list to try, but it is only available at one store that is not very convenient. I would just like to have alternative kibble to go with the home cooking. Thanks again.
I am betting they are bigger because Solid Gold's "Wee Bit" formula has the smallest bites of their entire line. Even T's Solid Gold Holistique is fairly big in comparison. Just guessing, I would say the Barking at the Moon has a larger size.
The Barking at the Moon kibble size is small.
These doods are funny with their food, aren't they? Ours now waits for our daughter to add something from her dinner plate to the doggie dish before Nugget will eat her food. It's a little routine they've gotten into. It will be interesting to see what happens when my daughter eats at her grandparents on Saturday night! Hopefully Nugget won't go on a food strike!
My guys loved EVO but it is very high in calories so we are trying Solid Gold Barking at the Moon - another grain free kibble. I want to try Fromm but would have to drive over 30 miles or order it.
