I looked and looked.. I have odd sitting - half on the windowsill/half off.... leaning against the couch looking out and sitting with "SLOPPY HAIR", but NO sloppy sits!! "Little Miss Elegance" usually sits like a lioness... LOL
I tagged one old photo of Lilo in a sloppy sitting position. Hope that helps ;)
I feel the same way about Jack...he is sooo cute, strangers stop their cars on the street to comment on him. But I have a cheap camera and the photos I take just don't do him justice. He has the biggest, deepest, most soulful eyes, and they always look glassy in photos.
You and Nancy should start doing the assignments in the photo group and soon you'll do Jack and Maddy justice!
I have a cheap Nikon "point & shoot"; Actually, I have no camera at all, it's my DD's, and it's new. I know it does things that would help, I really need to sit down and learn how to work it properly. She just keeps it set on "auto". It's so darned small & thin, I can barely manipulate it without pressing the wrong button inadvertently.
I've read some of the discussions, and I don't even have "shutter speeds", etc. on my camera. I don't even know what most of the terms mean...'aperture' sounds like something I had to identify in a practical exam back in anatomy class!
I agree about black dogs. It was that way with Thule (I only have a handful of photo that I took with a point and shoot and do her anything close to justice...once I got my DSLR things got better though). And it's that way with other black dogs I know. SOOOO cute in person...so bland in photos.
