I'm really losing it. i just tried adding some images to a discussion, something I've often done. Now when i right click on a photo i don't see properties, in order to copy image location. Help!
When you want to add a photo to the discussion, such as this one, don't you usually go up to the little camera icon above this line and click on it? And the box opens up and says "up load an image" and "browse"? That is how I always add a photo to discussions.
In answer to the first few posts, thanks. These are photos I added to an album. The way it worked, as I remember, but it's very late here, you go to the photo using camera icon, full view, right click and properties shows. Then you click on that and get the right image location, not the first one. But properties seems to have vanished. Well, tomorrow is another day, or if not it really doesn't matter, and my brain, &/or the site will function better. Or Adina will rescue me. It's bad enough having trouble learning new things but forgetting what you knew is really a bummer.
There was a huge list of links to photos but none of them are openable (is that a word??). I think you just need to add the way I said in the last comment. Use the camera above and browse to the folder in your computer where the photos are you want to insert. You have to do each one at a time...can't select them all at once.
Yes, but I think that when you do the right click you copy a "link" to a location and the photo doesn't show up in the discussion. Only the link does. In order to insert the photo into the discussion you need to click on the camera icon and select the photo that way.
Adina, I just went to Internet Explorer and "Properties" is there so it must be something new or that I inadvertently did to Firefox. Can you get a certain computer person on the case? I will use explorer for now to put photos in discussions but I really prefer Firefox as a browser. Ah well, at least this is not the neurons. Thanks
