I think it would be a good idea to share some of our favorite specialty stores with each other! It will help new members who are learning about good foods and products and old members who might move to a new side of town. :)

Write the name of your favorite store, their website (if they have one) and a few of your favorite items.

We go to Mom and Pups in Marietta. They are one of the only stores in ATL that always has Fromm (Gold and 4star) in stock. We also buy Antlers, Bully sticks, Zukes treats, and Happy Tails Spa products there.

Great discussion Judi! Here are a few of my faves...

Inman Park Pet Works: http://www.inmanparkpetworks.com/ They stock all the good foods (except Fromm's - sorry Judi!) and treats. The owner, Lauren, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about pets and all of her products. Her food costs are in-line (and in many cases less expensive) but her toys can be a little high.

Doguroo: www.doguroo.com Callie goes to daycare here AND they have a wonderful store!

The Pet Gallery - they are primarily a groomer, but they have the cheapest antlers in town!
Hi Frannie! I see Callie goes to dogaroo for daycare. this is my top choice for Buster. what has your experience been like?
Thanks Paul & Catherine! We were hoping to only get recommendations for stores that carry highly rated foods rather than junk (4 stars or higher from dogfoodanalysis.com). A lot of people have a hard time finding the good foods close by their house. Hopefully this will help others find the good foods that we're all feeding. :)
We also visit City Dog Market when in the neighborhood. Other great places for higher end food are:

Dog City Bakery
www.mydogcity.com
4369 Roswell Road
Marietta, GA 30062
(770) 971-5200

Not only do they carry the better foods, they are also a dog bakery. When you walk in it is like walking into any other bakery; it smells terrific! While I have not ordered one, I have friends that have Dog City make their dogs birthday cakes.

Highland Pet Supply
www.highlandpet.com
1186 N Highland Avenue
Atlanta, GA 30306
(404) 892-5900

One of the first higher end pet supply stores. They also have all the better cat foods as well as dog foods. Great selections of beds, collars, toys, etc..
In Town Healthy Hound in Grant Park.  I drive from where I live, 100 miles away, to buy their dog food, Pet Chef.  The owners are great, helpful and do a lot for the community of Grant Park.  They have grooming services and provide shot clinics ect.  Im sure they will be at the dog walk.  The owners name is Jimmy Galloway.  Tell him I sent you
In Town Healthy Hound also has the antlers, all natural dog treats ect.  They only sell natural holistic types of treats and food.  I believe their only brand is Pet Chef but it is all I feed my dogs.
intownhealthyhound.com  also facebook page.  Located cattycorner to the police station on Cherokee.

Fido's Market in Alpharetta is the friendliest, most caring dog store I have experienced in the ATL area.  Michelle & Jeff own the store, and Angelina is their groomer.  They are all wonderful and very knowledgable. Worth a road trip, if you are not nearby! Tell them Oliver sent you.  http://www.fidosmarket.com

Thanks to everyone for the great recommendations. We are moving to C****** next week and will be looking for all the good places to go for/with our Goldendoodle and Miniature Poodle.

I'm a little late, but I thought I'd add my recommendations. I love Kirkwood Feed and Seed. Apollo goes there for daycare, grooming, and boarding. I also get his treats there. I used to get his food there, when he ate Taste of the Wild. We switched him to Acana and they don't carry it. I go to Wag-A-Lot in Decatur for his food. They have competitive prices. I searched all over East Atlanta for the best prices on Acana.

I'm going to try the dog bakery in the Highlands and the store in Grant Park. Thanks for the recommendations!

Rucker Pets in C****** and Johns Creek - http://ruckerpet.com/

Best self service doggie wash facility I've ever used.  Great products, no time limit, clean, private rooms.

Great selection of good foods.  My pups are on Zignature now, but considering switching to Fromm.
