Darford Treats

I've finally found a cookie-type treat that Sherlock and Noah BOTH enjoy.  Normally if a treat is too big for Sherlock to swallow, he wanders around looking for a place to hide it.  Well, he really liked these Darford Treats and didn't even try to hide them - he gobbled them right up.  Noah is pretty picky, but enjoys these as well.

Maybe through mail order?
It sounds like the company is expanding; maybe they will have wider availability soon!
There's nothing real close to me, either. One place about 30 minutes away. But I'll keep checking and maybe ask my favorite high end boutique to order them.

I have been getting these for Gavin too. He likes the turkey, but he loves the salmon and sweet potato! I found them to be very well-priced and frequently on sale at PetSmart (Canada).

FINALLY remembered to pick these up yesterday. We actually didn't need treats for a while because my sis gave us some homemade ones...=)

I bought the veggie/fruit ones for my kids - sounded like a good place to start for the Tackmaster. Well, they go NUTS for them. Just read the ingredients here:

Dried Potatoes, Pea Flour, Blackstrap Molasses, Canola Oil naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols and lecithin), Alfalfa, Organic Sweet Potatoes, Organic Carrots, Organic Blueberries, Organic Cranberries, Organic peas, Flax Seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Dried Carrots, Dried Red Peppers, Dried Green Peppers, Dried Cabbage, Dried Celery, Parsley Flakes, Yucca Schidigera Extract, and Rosemary Extract.

Wow! I am impressed. Oh and my sister's chihuahua (we are keeping lotsa dogs right now) will eat them. He usually only eats canine carryouts (I have tried lecturing - trust me) and hates our "healthy" treats. He was doing the reverse sneeze to get another yesterday. LOL!
