I just added one the other day so I have to see if I can remember the steps. Once it is done it asks you if you want to post it to Facebook. Instead of saying yes, look over on the left side of the page and there are choices to chose from. Select the last one in the column "other". This will bring up two choices. I think it is the first choice that you want to select/copy. It says something about adding it into a blog or page... The other choice refers to adding a "link" which is not the one you want. After you have selected it and copied it you go to your page and there is a section where you can insert it. Look for the "edit" up in the right corner of the different sections of your page. Depending on how you arranged your page it might be up towards the top, middle or bottom of the page. I am going to go back and look at my page nowand see if I can give you more information. I think I have to send this first because I am on my iPad and can't go back to the internet without losing this discussion. Ok, I was able to go to my page. My insertion point is under the "Add Videos" in the center section. Right after that there is a little Facebook icon on the right and then it says "Edit". That is the edit you want to select. It should open a dialog box that looks like this comment box and that is where you "Paste" the link. Be sure to click on SAVE when you are done. You can continue to add to this block. Each time you do the same thing but give a one or two space below the last entry you pasted. If you look at my page you will see that I have two Smileboxes and then big color art photos of Gracie Doodle. Let me know how this works out!!
Thanks Nancie! It seemed to work. I also discovered in a discussion it looks like you need to insert the code from Smilebox using the Link icon rather than just pasting the html code in the comment box.
Hummm, when you used the Link Icon did it just post the link code on your home page or actually show the Smilebox? I did something last week and I got the link that had to be clicked on and then it opened. I wanted it where you just click on the smilebox photo which is what I did the second time with the copy/paste. Either way as long as it works. Glad it did for you!!
