My daughter told me about this spill proof water bowl. She uses it at home because her dogs constantly spill water bowls  and also uses it for travel with the two dogs because it will not spill. I ordered one and love it....it holds a half gallon of water and can be tied town to prevent sliding in the car. It can not spill, is large enough for the doodles and is dishwasher safe..sound like I have stock in the company, lol. It is a product that actually does what it says it will do!  Anyway, thought you might be interested. I bought it here because they had best price and it is the original, there are some copies out there that do not perform as well.

Yup! I've used it for a few years now...even reviewed it in our Reviews section here: http://www.doodlekisses.com/forum2/topics/buddy-bowlthe-spill-proof

It def. does what it says it does. We love it for travel because it can stay in the back with the dog(s) and not spill all over. The only downside is it is a b@*^# to open up and clean. So much so that when I'd finally get the courage to do it again there would be pretty colors inside.

Glad to hear you like it...it is a a bit difficult to open, I figured it was because it is still new. It does help with the beard dripping and seems great for travel because it will not spill. (I was not sure where to post.....)

Anything can go into the forum =) I haven't talked enough about Reviews to remind people to fill it up =) But any time you have a review of a product, do check out to see if it's in the Reviews section and if so respond to what's there and if not write a new review. It's great to have it all in one spot, but I realized later that the Review section is kind of superfluous...has more info than necessary.

I have one in the RV that I got when Adina first recommended them. And just ordered two for the house. I am soooo tired of water all over the floor. It is very hard to take apart and I actually put a little slice in my old one because I used a 'tool' to pry it open. It still works just fine though.

I have a similar bowl. I just don't close the top firmly since it's only used in the house. That way I can open it easier and the dogs haven't bothered with the loose top.

...and all this time I thought Knox was the only dog that dumped his water bowl on purpose!! Glad to know I'm not alone in mopping up spilled water 24/7!! I'm going to get this bowl ASAP!!

Does it help with the beard wetness and dripping? Lizzie's beard is ALWAYS wet, drips all over the floor, and stinks! Her face always smells like wet-dog to me.

It seems to me that the beard still gets wet and they can still drool it out of their mouths, but their ears stay dry and less water is dribbled around. At least two of mine like to 'dance' in the water bowl and slosh the entire bowlful onto the floor. The Buddy Bowl prevents that.
Whoohoo my new Buddy Bowls just arrived. I can't wait to see if I got a pretty color.
