Did you have a favorite book growing up? Mine is "My Father's Dragon". The imagination is so great, you get a crazy and wild picture of what is going on in your head. I read it so many times and each time I read it, it was never dull.

My GS read the Judy Blume books a year or two ago (he's 11) and loved them! And reading is not his favorite activity, so I consider that high praise!
I hope he stopped before getting to Wifey.
I don't know what Wifey is, but I get the feeling it's not a children's book, lol.
No, I should have said that he loved the books Jamie mentioned only.
It is one of her adult books. I don't think I've ever read the whole thing, but in 7th grade, someone got their hands on a copy and brought it to school with all of the dirty pages marked. It seemed like a dirty book in 7th grade, but it's probably tame by today's standards. I think my friend got in trouble for bringing it to school, so that made it even more exciting.
ROFL!
My mom gave me Forever when I was in 6th grade. She didn't realize the content was quite different from Superfudge!!
Ha, I read that one too early too.
Oh, I forgot about that one!
I was scarred by Ralph for years.
I love the part in "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" where Fudge is being interrogated by Peter and his parents about exactly what happened to Dribble the turtle......LMAO!
When I was really little, I loved the Curious George books. My parents and grandparents read them to me. I had them memorized before I was able to read. So I would sit in someone's lap and follow along while they read the book. If it was late, they would sometimes try to skip a page, but I always caught them. My grandparents were convinced I could read until Mom and Dad told them that I just had the books memorized. I also loved all of the Dr. Seuss books, and I'm still a fan of his artwork.
I read them in Japanese when I was little !!!!
