My 5 month old miniature goldendoodle, Ella, pees every time I come home or someone she really likes greets her. Anybody else have this issue? How do you deal with it?
This was the best article I saw before in another post. A good read.

Submissive Urination.
"Submissive wetting or urination is a normal way for dogs and puppies to demonstrate submissive behavior. Even a dog that is otherwise housetrained may leave dribbles and puddles of urine at your feet and on the floor when greeting you.
Submissive urination is the ultimate show of respect and deference for higher rank. It occurs frequently with young puppies who have not yet learned and perfected other social skills and means of showing respect. Submissive urination in adult dogs is usually a sign of insecurity. Often unsocialized and abused dogs will submissively urinate. Other dogs that engage in submissive urination may simply have not been shown that there are more acceptable ways to show respect, such as paw raising (shake hands) or hand licking (give a kiss).
Submissive urination may be present in overly sensitive or mistreated dogs because they feel the need to constantly apologize. This state is often caused by excessive or delayed punishment which frightens and confuses the dog without teaching him how to make amends. The dog resorts to the only way he knows to show respect and fear, by submissive urination.
When your dog submissively urinates, it is best to just ignore him. If you try to reassure him, he will think you are praising him for urinating and will urinate even more. If you scold him, he will feel an even greater need to apologize by urinating. Either reassurance or scolding will only make submissive urination worse.
Treatment of submissive urination must be directed towards building your dog's confidence and showing him other ways to demonstrate respect. The quickest way to accomplish this is by teaching your dog a few basic obedience exercises. A dog that can earn praise by obeying a simple routine of "Come here, sit, shake hands," will soon develop self esteem and confidence. A confident dog who can say, "Hello, Boss" by sitting and shaking hands does not feel the need to urinate at his owner's feet. "

Charlie is 17 months olds. She used to do it every so often when she is so excited to see someone she likes. I thought she out grew it, but the other day she dribbled a little when my daughter who Charlie has not seen for about a month came over.
She is a very sensitive and anxious dog.... We had her ever since she was a puppy, cam from a breeder, never been abused or scolded or anything like that. But, she just is easily aroused and stressed....When she piddles because of over excitement, I just clean up and don't make no issue about it. Thankfully, I have a hardwood floor......
Sonny. who is 15months, does this at times too. I don't think it is him being submissive at all. I just think he is SO excited to see certain people that he drips a bit. Sonny is not a nervous or anxious dog at all. He is such a loving and playful dog and some people he just is so happy to see them he piddles a bit. Although he doesn't do it all the time, just for two of my close friends that he knows love him to bits.
Wrigley has a problem with this too. She's 15 months old now. She used to tinkle a little everytime we came home, but she's grown out of that thank goodness! BUT if my nieces or nephews come over or really any of my family that she just adores, she has a big accident, and then she smears it everywhere with her tail. I don't think it's submission either, she just can't control her excitement. She also does this when I pick her up from the groomer. She loves it there, but she gets so excited when she sees me coming.
Since Ella is very happy and has been socialized regularly since birth, my guess is just may be a way for her to show respect. I have tried greeting her by saying hello in a calm voice, waiting a few minutes and then letting her lick my hand. It has worked two out of three times, so I will keep working on it. Thanks, everyone!
