Try Again - Anyone interested in a Doodle Romp in CT??

Chili and I were in Guida Farm Nature Preserve last week. 

I was thinking it would be a very nice and safe ROMP location. 

There is a huge rolling field with trees on all sides.

There has never been many people there when we go and off leash doesn't seem to bother anyone

It is in Middletown CT,

I would be interested in a romp. Do we first need to check with them, I have a friend who received a very stern warning from police when she had her dog off leash at a park (even though she was there early and it was nearly deserted). He dog is very well behaved too!

State Parks can be like that sometimes especially in the summer.. It sucks
I have never seen anyone use a leash in Guida. It is a nature preserve so the state is not involved.

I just looked at a map and feel pretty lame! I should have looked FIRST! Middletown is probably a two hour drive for me--a bit too far, especially this weekend--too much going on. A romp would have to be closer to Hartford and points west and north of there in order for me to go. Sorry!
