Chloe was born 10-5-09 and I have had here since she was 4 months old. She has been wonderful and I have become a huge doodle fan. I really lucked out getting such a mellow girl but this "teenage phase" has become quite a challenge at times. Anyone else notice major changes in their pup between the ages of 8 months to adult?
Chloe is so cute! OH YES!!!! Tori was a HORROR from about 8 months through 14 months.... just like a human teen they push and test the limits! She also continued with her 'moments' here and there until I'd say 2... not that she's perfect now, but despite a few 'issues' that we are now dealing with, she is truly wonderful... we no longer have to entertain her to keep her busy, or keep a forever eye on her. We can actually sit down and watch an hour long tv show without her interrupting us constantly. Hang on and just be consistent! THAT is crucial... make sure she knows YOU are still "pack leader" Good luck!
Aww, Chloe is a sweetie. Just look at her innocent little face. Ned really didn't go through a teen-age phase. He is just Ned. The other things he did like getting rolls of toilet paper, or kleenex out of the box, unzipping pillows and pulling out the stuffing, chewing a book, or eating my glasses were really all puppy things. He will get into the trash if it is available or NOW at two, coming close to our food to smell it or steal it if he can! No teen-age naughtiness, but grown up bad manners.
Chloe is way too cute :)
8 months to right at a year was pretty terrible. Peri went through the teenage stage and I thought I was giong to go nuts. Then she calmed down considerably. She can still be trouble at 17 months, but she is much better. Keep training during this time...it will all pass!
