I need help

I was wondering how to change my password when I can not even remember it. I have asked it to change, got the email, then went to where you can change it, but then it would automatically go to the site with me logged in.

Has anyone else had this issue too? Please help.........I want to get on and talk with you all. Thanks

You just log in with a new password of your choice.

I tried that too and the screen does not stay on long enough :(
