When Teddy is outside playing with friends he always finds a mud puddle to dig in. We have to hose him down before we bring him in. Do doodles like to dig? He will be 5 months on Oct.. 9th. He was easy to train and so sweet with kids.

Yes, doodles loves to dig. I was watching Dogs 101 the other day and they were saying that Poodles make excellent truffle hunters...our Goldendoodle, now 8.5 months, went through a digging stage about the same age. We tried a couple of ways to stop him, but ended up putting a small amount of his poop in the holes he had dug and that seemed to cure him. However, the ground in Houston gets very hard during the summer, I may be filling more holes myself, once the ground softens up!!

He looks so happy with himself.
dirty doodle! too funny!
This pic of Casper in NO WAY can give you an idea of how much DIRT was on him! The white of his fur stands out more than the dirt in the photo...but let me tell you - I had to shampoo him from nose to tail TWICE! Yes, he does like to dig : )
I like to grab the camera to capture all the crazy moments...
He is still so cute. Did you see the picture of Teddy all muddy?
Gavin would dig at that age too when left to his own devices in the yard. We tried to catch him and correct him. He has either grown out of it or the correction worked. I tend to thing the former. However, he loves to get dirty. He is pictured here with a doodle friend after a mud fest

Love this picture! It just makes you smile!
Bailey loves to dig, whether it is in mud, dirt or digging a hole in the grass. She is will be 4 months old on October 16th, we just have to keep an eye on her in the back yard constantly. She also loves to chew on the bark in the planters so had to put a fence up for that.
This is Lucca and Mochi having a great time at the dog park. They found every mud pit there:) These guys are mud magnets!!!!
