HELP Add Comments Box Problems

Everytime I add a comment or respond to a comment on My Page the box freezes and won't scroll down. I have to type blind. Anyone else experience this??

Yup, for me too. Only so many lines and then it keeps bumping up. This has been going on for me for months. I guess it's trying to tell me to keep it short and sweet :)

I just checked my " what's on my mind" and found that if I take my time and type and don't beat the page out it goes down line by line.... but if I type like a mad woman I get the "typing blind" issue.

Try again and also with a different browser and report.

Adina, Tara sent a note to Bandy using Explorer and it still bounced. She didn't see any change there at all. Then she sent another one using Mozilla FireFox and it was fine-no bouncing. She has not sent one on Mozilla before so it may have always been fine. We don't know. That's all we have to report for now!!

Hi Adina, Bandit tested it too and still bouncing on IE 8. He closed the browser and rebooted. Maybe he should clear his cache. We will try that next...

Tech support says:

"I'm not sure what the "bouncing" refers to, but I'm not seeing any issues with the comment box in IE 8. The original post was about the comment box not scrolling down. However, those two members do seem to be able to add comments to each others' My Pages, even in IE 8. Since it's browser related, I'd recommend they simply swap to Firefox or Chrome. They can also try wiping the cookies and cache from IE 8, or reinstalling it entirely."
