We have already formed ONE group of 50 people who will be exchanging cards. We are trying to figure out if a second group is warranted so we want to know:

Of those who are not already in the first group: Are you interested? 

Think about it having a hard day at work to come home and find 2 or 3 or 4 Doodle cards in your mailbox.  It's fun and you can put them on display in your house for the Holiday. I did this last year and got hooked, it was so much fun.

If you WANT to join in the fun and haven't done so yet...just respond here so we can count how many are interested.  Responding does not put you on a list, it only says you want to join in. 

If enough people respond with a YES...then we will form a second group.  IF NOT, then you will be directed to join the already existing group of 50 and just make it a wee bit bigger.

I have never announced it to the whole site. Not last year or the year before either. I prefer it to be something that members tell each other about and so it's never announced anywhere except in the Forum. So far there have been two people to bring it up in the forum in two separate discussions. This one and one started Nov 2nd.

The only 'email' I sent out was directly to the members of last year's Holiday Card groups. Are you in those? If so, then check your settings to be sure you get email sent to groups so you don't miss out on such things in other groups

Ok Doodle Lovers! We are getting more people responding to a 2nd exchange group if we are able to get 20 or more they will start another group so tell all your Doodle frieds to respond here if they would like to have some Christmas card exchanging fun and hopefully we can get enough to start another group...

Just a reminder: This is ONLY to see the number of people INTERESTED. We cannot "include" you because there is nothing to include you in until we know if you are interested. We will count how many respond and that is ALL this discussion is being used for. IF we get more than 20 people interested we will form an additional group (there is already a group formed that is full). If we Do NOT get 20+ people interested we will recommend that each of you join the existing group at that time. It is up to each member who is interested to follow this discussion and read updated responses by Michele or I to see what to do next. I can't include you in any group unless you request to join when we tell you to.

If you don't know how to 'follow' a discussion, what you do is scroll to the BOTTOM of this discussion and click on the word "Follow" there. It will then send you email notifications when a new response is posted. You will have to come HERE to ask questions though...do not email back a response to the response as it will go nowhere.

We don't know yet. Everyone is getting confused instead of just responding here with a YES and then checking back to see updates. As of right now there are NOT 20 extra people. I just updated the announcement above, check it to see updates and check any responses to this by me or Michele to see updates.
