Holiday Doodle Card Exchange!

Is anyone else checking their mailbox in anticipation of some doodle cards? I mailed my cards yesterday. I always wait until I get my first Christmas card and then out my cards go. My foyer now has a special place for the doodle cards and I put ours there to get it started. Every day when I walk by, I tell Vern and Fudge "Look we have one card" and then my daughter tells them it is just the one of both of them. We can't wait!!

I found a photo tree at Aaron Brothers (Art & Framing store). It was originally $39 but I got it for $25. It is made by Umbra and called Fotofalls Holiday Photo Organizer. I am going to use it to display all my Doodle cards!!!!

Yippeeeeee...we got our first Official Doodle Christmas card in the mail today!!! And the lucky winner is Fred, Sheila and Baxter!!!!! I love it!!! First card on my Christmas card tree...other than mine at the top!!! ha ha

My door is filling up with doodle cards and I put mine in the mail on Monday!  So far I'm getting lots from the east coast and some from the middle but not many have made it all the way across the great USA from the west coast yet.  I get so excited every day and jump up and down to get my doodles excited.  Then I open each one and tell them which "friend" sent us a card today.  This is my third year doing the card exchange and I just love it.  It really gets me in the spirit not to mention I get way more cute doodle cards than regular ole Christmas cards from people without cute doodles!
