shedding?

[Bonnie and Kona]

I just joined this group because I am trying to figure out if Owen is going to be a shedder. I do not recall every getting hair in the brush with Kona (they are half brothers). Kona is 3, Owen is 14 weeks. When I brush Owen I have hair in the brush. I have seen tufts of hair when they play together and there has been hair on my black clothes if he is upset about something like going to the vet. Maybe he is just losing some of the puppy fluff. 

Any idea what will let us know about the shedding or do we just wait and see? It doesn't matter since none of us are allergic. Just curious about his coat. 

[Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie]

Ned is what I would call non-shedding but I always get hair in the brush when I brush him and little tiny dots of mats. Maybe because I have him groomed and thinned.
