Galileo bone/dog chews are the best. They last up to 1 year and our dogs love them. They're kind of expensive but they last so long it's worth the cost. You can find them on Amazon and they come in differnt sizes but the petite or the wolf size are for small and medium dogs.
There have been some warnings about Nylabones here on DK. http://www.doodlekisses.com/profiles/blogs/say-no-to-rawhide-and
Thanks Karen. I think this is in reference to some of the other nylabone products. I've not seen any lawsuits regarding the Galileo. This is our fourth dog, in recent years, and we've not had any problems with the Galileo where with gummabones and other soft chews we had problems with gagging.
I don't give treats for chewing but ours LOVE their strong nylabones (not the plaque attacker or specialized ones...just the plain tough ones) and sterilized white real bones. Those tend to last at least for several months and others have lasted years. Keeps our dogs busy =)
Thanks for all your suggestions. I think I will try the antlers. Now my next questions. What size do you all get? Buddy weighs 35 pounds right now. I see some that you can get online are only about 4 inches long, Is that to short? Besides Antler Pantry, where else online do you recommend? Thanks
Our Buddy is 30 pounds and we got him the JUMBO size from this site. It has lasted for MONTHS!!! I attached a link where we got ours.

That is too short - we throw ours away when they get to 2". I would go with one that is at least 8 inches. Medium to Large depending on the different companies. Antler Pantry's mediums are about 6-8" long and are perfect for Peri, my 25 # mini doodle.
