Poodle or Doodle? Update!!

I found this little dog on PetFinder at a shelter near where I live.  She is listed as a poodle but the hair on her head is straight and her overall look really reminds me of Tara.

Little Peaches has found her hopefully furever home. Unfortunately, it is not with my neighbors:(. They were really interested in her but..you snooze you lose...

Some kind of poo-mix, probably a Malti-poo, Westie-poo or some other poodle/terrier mix, maybe a Bichon-poo. I doubt she's a mini doodle, it's really rare to find them in a public shelter, especially under 25 lbs, which is what this dog has to be to get a PF listing as "small".

The white coloring and straighter hair would fit with those combinations...plus the size is right too.  And she does look small-smaller than Tara actually from what you can see of her and Tara weighs 20lbs.

I'm guessing she weighs not more than 16 lbs.

Actually, I am trying to talk my neighbors into adopting her! They are currently dogless and had planned to wait until next summer to get another dog!!! But last week their little cockatiel passed away so now they have a very empty house!!  This little girl would be a great little companion for them and would make a perfect playmate neighbor for Tara :) PLUS their favorite dog was named PEACHES!! So I thought this was a sign!!! :) Now they are out of town until SUNDAY! ugh!! Maybe I will surprise them!! hee hee!!

They usually get adopted very quickly, even in the kill shelters, unless they're old or ill.
