Need Advice - The Flip Pocket Video Camera or Another?

My kids got me The Sharper Image pocket video camera. Very easy to use!!

I am not in love with the quality of video it takes. Granted, I cannot possibly stand 100%. Is this the best I can expect for this type of camera?

The above noted camera is awesome...we got it for our daughter for Christmas because another friend has it and it takes wonderful HD video. This is very reasonably priced (also lots of sales right now) when I first started looking it was around $240, I paid $170.

I have a video on my camera, it's all right but not great....I also have a FLIP it has really nice HD but it gives me problems, in fact I have to send it back because the videos now won't load, also I AM the stabilizer and that is NOT good, "whole lot of shaking going on".

I recently bought a Flip Video at Walmart for $100 - I love it!  I use a tripod a lot of the time, but did video Piper with our donkeys without the tripod. You can see the video on Piper's Page, "Piper and the Donkeys". The quality is ok and is easy to use. I would suggest not moving the camera so much. You would probably get better images with the camera you now own. Good Luck!
