Photo contest

I am entering Moose's photo in a local contest for mutts. I have been playing around with the attached photo and would like anyone's opinion. The original was somewhat overexposed I think. I don't think I have a wll developed eye for color and exposure. The second photo I added a "glow" effect.

Great looking dog. O.K., so just what exactly is the difference between a mutt and a "hybrid" by definition?

I take it to mean a mutt on purpose. The prize in the contest is a DNA kit. Not something that I really care about, since just love my Moose.

Thank you. He's not a doodle though. He actually looks a lot like a Catalan Sheepdog (spanish), but we got him at a shelter in South Carolina.

Moose looks much better to me in the first photo. The grass needs works since it is overexposed. You could take Moose out and put him on a different background.

Thanks. I played around with the color adjustments on the grass an think I got it better. I wasn't quite ready to tackle changing the background completely. Apprecieate your input.
