Hill of Content, an Austrailian Shiraz!!! Can't get it here in PA but it is available in neighboring states and Delaware is only a 20 minute drive!

DH and I have developed a real fondness for the wines that are being produced in North Georgia.  They are all small vineyards and I don't believe are distributing outside of GA.  But our fall back is the Blackstone label.

One of the most delicate and finicky grapes, Pinot Noir demands special attention. But the results are well worth the effort – seductive, plush, subtle. To fully capture the unique character of this grape, we use traditional Burgundian techniques of small-tank fermentation and aging in heavily toasted oak. That technique preserves the smooth, rich texture and subtle flavors of the grape, producing the aromas of crushed rose petals and rich cherry characteristic of fine Pinot Noir.

I'm going to get a lot of information from this group.  I didn't renew my Wine Spectator subscription, so now I can just use DK for wine info.  I'll have to thing about a specific wine that would be my favorite.  It will be red, probably Pinot Noir or some kind of blend.  Although I do love champagne.  And champagne fountains may be my absolute favorite type of fountain.
