"CHARLIE" -- LAST SEEN  4-18-10 JEFFERSON, MARYLAND

LOST GOLDENDOODLE! -JEFFERSON, MARYLAND

Charlie ia a 3 year old, Goldendoodle who escaped from his yard in Jefferson, MD on 4-18. He was not wearing his collar at the time. Fortunately, he is microchipped and the info is up-to-date. Charlie's owners are devastated and are fearing the worst. They fear they may never see their beloved doodle and family member again.

Charlie is an extremely friendly boy. He is 56 lbs.and he has a cream colored, shaggy, curly coat and a beautiful full tail. His ears are cut long, and he has a black/brown nose and eyes though his nose has recently begun to turn a lighter, liver color.

He knows simple commands, loves children, can't resist playing with any other fuzzy creatures, and is sorely missed.

There was a sighting 10 miles away from his home but his family and Animal Control were unable to find him when they responded to the call.

If you should see Charlie, please contact his owner directly.

Hi,

Charlie is still not home.  :(  Whenever I can't stop thinking about him, I start searching on-line hoping that a different mix of words might bring up something.  Often, this site pops up, and I guess it's been a while, or I was in such a fog before - thank you for all of your kind words and prayers for our boy.  We think about him EVERYDAY.  I SO want him home.  I love seeing all of your doodles and their smiling faces, those big fuzzy grins!  My girls and I have our moments, but laugh about him a lot.  We've exhausted our efforts with signs, posting, internet searches, newspaper articals, two different dog-search teams, mass phone-calls, even psychics . . .  I just want him HOME!  We've gotten several other doodles - and a Pit Bull who happend to cross my path while out searching for Charlie - back home.  I will never again just assume that a dog passing by is "on his way home".  I'm pretty sure that our local Animal Control says "it's her again" when I call to report another animal!  So anyway, we have no happy ending yet, and I'm now working with our Humane Society trying to fix some problems with microchips - there's got to be something "good" to come from this heartache!  Thank you all for your support and kindness!

Prayers for Charlie, and hugs to your doodles,

Stacey

I am so sorry Stacey. I think about him all the time, too.
Stacey, I don't know how I missed this earlier, but I am so sorry for you, your family, and Charlie. I hope you find him and bring him home. I am going to hug my doodles extra tightly today and say a prayer for Charlie. Take care, Laurie
