After reading the recommended food list I did a lil lookin around & I do have the option of Blue or Taste of the Wild in my area, I know my hubby he prefers a local availability  to things like this.

Which would you suggest ?

Between the two, I personally would go with TOTW. All of the formulas are grain-free.

I had tried Blue several years ago & went off it bc my Lab hated it & would be naughty & get into food not his bc he was so unsatisfied.

I have never tried TOTW & they have a cat formula as well, I hope they have one that is fish free for her bc she is allergic.

I would be willing to bet a significant sum of money that your dog is not allergic to fish. Fish is one of the least allergenic protein sources you can find, and is also usually well-tolerated by even those dogs with food sensitivities. (Very different from food allergies, BTW). It is extremely difficult to diagnose food allergies without a three month controlled food trial.

What leads you to believe she is allergic to fish?

I was talking about my cat being allergic to fish. The vet suggested it due to a sore that gets at the top of her tail & won't go away unless we use fish free food, it's hard to find & it takes 3-6months for her to get over the reaction & keeping a cat away from neighbor food IS TOUGH!! lol. I will say this, I have never had my cat or my dogs on completely grain free food & I am looking forward to seeing their lil issues clear up.

I feed my dogs TOTW and like it pretty well. We do happen to use the fish one which I assume you would not want to chance your kittie getting into.

I was thinking I would go with the Wetland duck one...funny me was thinking that I should pick one that is closest to the breeds wild home turf...I maybe silly on that thought. ;)

My cat Addy is something else she would probably have to be starving, no access to stolen human & On the verge of death b4 she would touch dog food. Funny story....we were out of cat food & I didn't know we were running out b4 a bad ice storm hit, She went hungry for 2 days  other than some cheese & eggs I gave her, totally refusing the dog kibble. The look on her face was totally royal duchess.
