I've noticed alot or should I say a lot :) of Yappies refer to drinking Beer during Yappy hour, so I thought it would be fun to find out "What's you favorite Beer?"  Jane doesn't need to answer this we all know what she likes.  While visiting my daughter in England I found out that there are some wonderful beers out there.  Oh and in Scottland wonderful scotch's, my daughter drove and yes I remember the trip.  I just love going to Bev Mo and wandering up and down the beer isles and finding the beers I had in England and Scottland also experimenting with new ones.  My 2 favorities are Black Swan and Elf. Elf's only available at Christmas in limited quanities missed out this year(:

Since I FINALLY read through all of the messages since last Thursday AM...I am finally ready to get back into things!  I have made several trips to England, Scotland and Ireland and love to sample beer, scotch, whiskey and wine (OK...not from any of those places, but still love it).  My favorites are Newcastle Brown Ale and San Francisco Anchor Steam Beer!

Oh yes Newcastle have it in the house ALWAYS my daughters getting married to a Newcastle boy in June, visa in progress.  Forgot about SF Anchor next purchase.

I drink MGD 64 on a regular basis because it's light on alcohol and low on calories. But taste wise...I love some of the Leinenkugel beers. Summer Shandy is the absolute best in the summer, which is when it's available. I like Corona, St. Pauli Girl, Stella Artois, ...I really like most beers!
Blue Moon would have to be my favorite - with a slice of orange. In the summer it's Corona Light with a slice of Lime.
Me too!  Next to Guinness (which is actually much better in Ireland), Corona with lime of Blue Moon with orange are my two favorites.    That said, I don't think I've ever "met a beer I didn't like".

This is a sign that hangs in my kitchen...."happy thoughts" while I cook!

Love it!
I like all beer :)  I'm not picky or exotic.  My usual brand is Canadian Light but I enjoy a ice cold Miller Chill on a hot afternoon at the cottage.  For draft beer I like Alexander Keith's and Rickard's Red.  When I am in the U.S. of A. I usually go for MGD.

Has anyone heard of Bowser Beer? One of our local independent shops carries it so we'll check it out this weekend! Bern isn't picky so I'm sure it will be a hit - but we'll report back if anyone is curious =)

On a more human note, living in WA makes it hard to pick a fav, I'd say we enjoy trying different craft beers any chance we get!

I got 2 bottles for Gus the "Cock-a-doodle" brew, had to buy it, it's got the word doodle on it  Gus loves beer so I thought I'd try this on him, haven't yet though.  Let me know how Bernie likes it.

Will do!
Bernie loves the Bowser Beer! My DH even tried it and said it was pretty tasty, beefy. Ha! We've been adding it to his water as a little extra treat =)
