Have any of  you  ever heard of, or participated in this event?  Any teachers out there who had students with entries?   

We should have a romp next year for the event on  July 24th.  If not a romp, just have our own little event right here on DK.  Record your doodles life for that day. Of course edited.  Six 1 hour naps might be edited into six, 5- second shots.

Life In A Day is a historic global experiment to create a user-generated feature film shot in a single day. On July 24, you have 24 hours to capture a glimpse of your life on camera. The most compelling and distinctive footage will be edited into a feature film, produced by Ridley Scott and directed by Kevin Macdonald.

It is really interesting. I love the idea about the view point of the dog... We may discover something.... I wonder what is like for the nervous girl Charlie at the dog school, what does she see, etc......I would love to do it!!

Kyoko, I keep missing your posts because of your profile picture change.  I'll get used to it.   You're In!   Great!   Maybe we  need to start a temporary project group.  This will be an on going process so that might be best.

Hopefully I'm going to be able to see a day in Seattle  from Bernie's eyes.  My question to you Amy, is there anything in Ohio you would like to see?   We live about an hour from the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, but there is NO way they would let us in there with dogs.   Any other ideas?

Hmmm, without knowing the area are there any other attractions that require outdoor exploring? Is there a fun neighborhood like Chinatown or something like that? Or perhaps there's a cool festival of sorts coming up this spring that you can go to?

One more silly question.  Since you are an Apple user, any ideas or recommendations on a good iphone (3) app  for film, film conversion, and simple editing?

Well unfortunately Joanne I don't do much on my iPhone since I'm on my laptop all day at work...but that reminds me that it's something I need to look into. I have a couple different photo editors, but not video.

That would work and it is a great price!   Also, I really want to keep my phone.  The thought of the dogs chewing up a phone makes me nervous.
