Doodle Romps in New Jersey

Hi Selma,

Some of us are going to the Pet Expo next weekend in Edison. Not a whole lot to do with the doods in this weather.

I am going Sunday with Samantha and Charli. There is a discussion posted in the Jersey Group.

Lots of us DKers are going to the big romp in Dewey Beach, DE - I believe it is the last weekend in April. Tons of fun - 3 scheduled romps on the beach, 2 on Saturday and 1 Sunday morning. I missed last year but did go the year before. We can't wait for this one.

Adrianne, is Dewey Beach near UDEL?  Our nephew attends UDEL so we can visit him if we go to the Romp.  Where do you stay?  Is there a dog friendly hotel?

I just started a discussion with the link for info on the romp - it has the links to the hotels that are dog friendly.

I don't know where UofD is in relationship to Dewey Beach. I do know that Dewey is next to Rohobeth Beach

Hi,Yes we are about 2 hrs from Dewey we vaca there every Sept.We found out about doodle romps there in April 29,30,and May 1  this year.We are going to stay at the Atlantic Oceanside Motel,1800422-0481 or we will stay at the Bell Bouy.I don'nt have the number ,but you can go online deweydeach.com and get some mor info.Both motels are pet friendly.Thanks for the info your babies "sooooooo cute" I also have a golden Lacey she is almost 15yrs old.
