I just received my blending shears today!!! I love them. For all of you who are like me who are brand new to grooming your own baby, they are a life saver!!!!!!!!

I just went over the rough spots that I goofed up on when I used the razor, and walaa. It was like magic. His boo boo's are all blended.

We got so many compliments tonight when we were in our training class. I am a proud momma!!! Now for his legs to grow up a bit more....

Give your babies hugs from Jack and I,

Pet Smart sells Martha Stewart blending shears for around $25.00. They work great for my needs, but my dog is only 11 pounds. I have not used any of the other expensive ones to compare them though.
Ok thank you so much again...
I got my Ed Geib blending shears at Amazon for about $70.
Great I will look into them...anything I need to know ahead of time about them?  My baby is a little over 40 lbs.  and just paid $75 yesterday for a  haircut, would like to think I could learn to do this...also save myself a lot of money.

I would have to defer to others on here, I have only groomed Jack once myself and it took a lot of blending to make it not look so choppy, If you go through the grooming group you can find the best advice from experts. I am just learning and am not qualified to give advice. I just was saying I like the blending shears..

Good luck to you. Happy Grooming
