Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I thought it would be fun for us to submit pictures of ourselves, or our family members, as babies or small children. A small description of the circumstances of the picture, or life at the time would be interesting. You could also let us know if you would like people to "doodle" around with the picture(s). I don't know if colorizing black and white pictures is possible or good. You don't need a scanner. I have taken pictures of my old pictures in order to get them on my computer. So let's have some February fun.

I am not sure where to ask this question   But I would like to get my daughter a digital camera for her spring break trip to Belize   do u know anything about the Kodak digital 580 I don't want to get her a very good camera in fear she might lose it

thanks for your help sorry if this is in the wrong place

You could start a new discussion. That might work better.

I don't know the Kodak. But I just got a new Canon PowerShot SD 1300 on ebay for $97 including shipping. I am a pretty good auction poncer. It's the next to newest model. I have an older on. The newer one doesn't have a view finder but my old one does, the newer one is 12 megapixels though. I love my old camera and would recommend these cameras.

Sue, I would probably get a Canon Powershot, like F suggested, over the Kodak camera. I've purchased the Powershot for several family members over the years and they've had such fun with them. :)

Here is a photo of my Mother.  It was taken maybe around 1950 and she would have been 25 yrs. old.  People would tell her she resembled Jane Russell.  Can you believe she didn't think she was very pretty?!?!  WTD!!  She is now 85.  Sorry the photo is so big!

She's beautiful.   What a lovely, lovely portrait!
She is gorgeous:)
Are you kidding me? She was BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely STUNNING!!!!
She's so beautiful.  This really was a "classy" generation of women.
Yes it was:) I sometimes wish I could've lived back then, I even love the music!:)
She was just beautiful! What a treasure of a photo.

I didn't get to edit this photo...sorry!!  This is a photo one of my brothers and I.  I'm not sure how old I was here, maybe 5 and he was 7??  We were sitting in the old orange vinyl rocking chair.  I can't tell you how many times we tipped that chair over backwards for the fun of it when my dad and mom weren't in the room.  I can't believe we didn't break it.  Maybe that's how we ended up with all those bruises on our legs.  My brother and I were cursed with some BIG ears!!  Wow!  lol

Look how CUTE and HAPPY you two were! What a wonderful, "feel good" photo!
