Really? I paid for mine with a credit card, but they are over a year old now. How come they replaced them? Did you buy insurance with your glasses?
What did you tell the credit card company? Sorry I'm asking so many questions, but I never thought this would qualify :D Lincoln is the exact same way!! He knows the leave it command very well so if I'm around I can usually tell him to leave it and most of the time he will, but if I'm not there for a second even forget it...I usually try to trade off with something that's his. For example I'll take the shoe, and give him his bone or toy. I use a very sharp and loud ah ah or NO and that will do it too most of the time. He is very sneaky though. He got a piece of dark chocolate off the counter top which freaked me right out. I called the vet right away, but they told me that it was so little of a piece and he is so big that it wouldn't harm him, but it's crazy. I need eyes in the back of my head :D I've taught Lincoln drop it, but I'm not so sure how well he understands it. I'll need to work on that again. I work with Lincoln every morning before work for about a half an hour. I play fetch with him outside, and then training to reinforce his commands. I'm sure in time they'll get it eventually...Thanks for the info!!!
Well that's definitely worth checking out then. Thanks for the info. :D
Maybe he heard you complaining that he wouldn't eat. HAHAHAHA Maybe when you leave the room you can spray the glasses with bitter apple or vineger and water.
LOL...yeah go figure he eats everything but his food. Actually he has been eating pretty well since I've been using the Wellness Grain Free 95% meat, but he's slowing down again...sigh...
It's not just Doodles. Dogs seem to "eat" things that are very close to your body -- glasses, cell phones, socks, remote controls.... These are items that have ICM (intense scent of mom). It is much easier to train yourself to put items away rather than trying to train the dogs. Mine have gone for months without touching things and then .....
Remember the old saying "Everything has a place and everything in its place"
