Does your doodle try to get into the shower with you?

We have been giving Giada more freedom, so she no longer goes in her crate while I am taking a shower. But have no fear, I always know where she is because she tries to get in the shower with me every time. It is so hard to scold her because it is so cute, but come on I would like so privacy now and then. Reminds me of when my kids were little:)

Bisbee will sit outside the shower and wait until I have finished. I wipe the shower down almost dry (I learned this early on) and when I come out ... he grabs a toy and in he goes. He will stretch out and lay there (sometimes falls asleep) with his friend while I am getting ready. And, when I am fully dressed and ready to go, out he comes. They are funny, gotta love em!
Oh Nancy, he definitely got this from his momma, that is one of Ella's favorite spots!
You know, I wondered about that because we had a Jack Russell who was born in a bathtub and she LOVED to take a bath. So When Bisbee kept going in I thought maybe when they were little pups they liked the shower because the tile was cool. Ahhh, it's hereditary. . . . Miss Ella........ P.S. I'm glad we have glass doors!
Oh yes they sure do...but I think it is just because they are thirsty...not because they want to be with me!!
I have had THREE puppies pop into the shower with me at one time! The worst part was that I was home alone and had my eyes closed rinsing my hair and suddenly felt watched. I flung open my eyes and one doodle pup was already in with another halfway and one behind her. They then proceeded to bark and play ring around the shower curtain with the water running! Needless to say those water conservation talks we have been having paid off 4 baths and a floor wash for the price of water that is usually wasted on ONE!
Too cute!! I gues this is because they are water dogs, because my shih-tzu has never done this.
Rosco stands guard outside the bathroom when I shower...but he prefers to stay OUT of the bathtub if at all possible and under his control ;-)

But my coworkers did throw me a baby SHOWER for Rosco ... does that count?

A baby shower..........how adorable. When we decided to get Giada, I sent out a baby e-mail announcement:
When rocket was little he was always throwing his ball in the shower if any one was in there now that his sister is around and shes scared of everything he does not do it.
Rusty will sit and watch while we, mainly my husband, go to the toilet, but as soon as you turn the shower on he's gone, must be too much like rain which he's not keen on. My Dh has been known to hold an umbrella over him when he's had to go to the toilet and it's been raining hard.
