Updating to IE 9 and DK problem - Possible fix for you.

Last night I was installing some updates and upgraded to IE 9. After doing that I was trying to send a message from DK. When I hit the compose button from my DK inbox everything would come up but my list of friends to choose from. After several different attempts and setting changes I found the fix. On the IE toolbar under the Page button is an option for Compatibility View. Once that option was selected everything worked for me again on DK

Nancy & Anna.....don't worry if you need help just let me know.  If you use Internet Explorer (IE) for your web browser to access DK there is a new version which is #9.  It's not a automatic download to your computer like some microsoft updates.  Before it can install on your computer you would receive a prompt requesting permission to update to the new version.  Sorry to confuse you I forget to talk in english sometimes. lol

We got the update notice for #9 but were afraid to do it-so it works good? Akways afraid of change I guess-thanks for the info

The appearance is different it install with no menu or toolbars on the top, but you can manually add them.  Still on the fence.  It just takes a while to get used to the change.  Working in IT you think I'd be used to it. LOL
