My sweet little boy, Glory, with his wonderful flowing coat (albeit sometimes a pain) now looks like a gawky adolescent, all long legs and trim body! I think it changed his personality or maybe he just feels better with a summer cut! He's growing up and I wasn't ready. The groomer did a great job, armed with pictures and info from the grooming site, and no more daily combing. He is also doing great with the invisible fence- one smart boy! I, ready for another one, especially after seeing Dixie's latest litters.

Hi Carolyn I noticed your post regarding Glory's hair cut.  I felt the same when Jett got his first real buss.  He looked very gawky and adolescent too.  It's funny what is under all that coat!!  Jett is now 1 1/2 years old and is growing out of his puppy stages, most of the time:)  He still has a little stinker in him.  We are thinking about an invisible fence.  I am interested in how Glory does with it.  We need it to keep Jett out of our flower beds.  Have a nice day!  Jacque & the Jett:)
I've gotten more used to his haircut and can really appreciate his athletic body, but I miss the puppy! The invisible fence is so wonderful I can't believe I didn't do it sooner!  Our doodles are smart and he understood almost immediately. He no longer runs to the road, the pond or any distractions outside of his area. It is expensive, but comes with 4 training sessions and lots of warrenties. I'm sold. Glory is 1 today! Thanks! Carolyn & Glory

Carolyn, I have 2 Dixie's Doodles puppies and they are so much fun.  They are best buddies and we have a ball with them.  If you are serious.....I highly recommend getting a second one.  It is definitely twice the fun!!!

I would love more of Dixie's Doodles! Glory is 1 today and in the last month he seems to have grown up a lot. I kind of miss that puppy! Thanks for the encouragement! Carolyn & Glory
