I ordered a Walk Your Dog With Love harness today. Does anyone here have one or have comments about them? They are the harnesses that have the hook in the front. They sell them on Amazon and the videos really sold me on the idea. He makes great sense about walking your dog!

I just ordered this harness and spoke to the owner, Dan.  He said if I purchase the harness for my puppy and he outgrows it, he will discount the next harness (bigger size) by 50%.  SOLD!

I tried one of these Walk Your Dog With Love dog harnesses a few years ago at a pet expo, and it is really great. I have one for each of my dogs. It stops the pulling and give me more control on our walks. Walk Yo...– which I used to use - it is much better.

 

It has reflective on it which is great for out nighttime walks. Also, a big deal, it keeps its size, and doesn’t unsize while it is being used and doesn’t  chafe the dog. Plus I like that it is made in the US. The website has a section which tells more of the differences. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Marty - I'm so glad you use this item and recommend it.  I hope it will work on a 9 week old puppy as we begin leash training.

I mostly purchased it so it will be easy for my 8 year old son to walk the dog with me.

I bought one of these for Bocelli too.  Although he isn't home yet (not for another 11 days) I wanted to get a harness for walks and this one sounded great.  I'm glad there are so many people here on the forum that use them or ones like them.

Cesar Milan recommended something like this! I think I might go ahead and buy one to replace the prong collar I use.

You will never need a prong collar again.Though remember that all the Walk Your Dog With Love dog harness will do www.WalkYourDogWithLove.com ( I am new at posting stuff, pardon me if the link doesn't show up!) is it will give you control  . . . you still will have a puppy at the other end of the leash. And it will be a happy one, because you are not around its throat. I only use a collar for name tags, not for walking – even though they all are loose leash walkers.  Cesar says you should be the leader- a prong collar doesn't let you do that. It is just about negatives and punishment - not about a compassionate way to walk and work with your dog. Train Train train!
