Tell me the truth....I can take it (I think)

We picked up our "mini" multiple-gen labradoodle yesterday! We're in love! Last week our breeder sent us his last picture and said the males in this litter were trending larger than in the past. His father is a 25 lb mini poodle and his mom is a 38 lb multiple-gen labradoodle. Quincy at 91/2 weeks is already a whopping 15 pounds! Will I end up with a standard sized doodle or large medium?

Jack is a toy doodle, He was 3.8 pounds at 8 weeks old, 6 pounds at 16 weeks old and now at 2 years and almost three months he is just about 13 pounds.
