DOES MY PUPPY WALK WEIRDLY???

My 5month old F1 standard Goldendoodle Cosmo, walks weirdly. We've noticed since he was a 10 weeks old that when he walks his mid-section slightly sways from side to side. But when we speed up the pace, he seems to walk normally. We're not sure whether or not it's growing pains. Has this happened to anyone else?** We just noticed that he walk with the same feet (right front leg, with right back leg and left front leg with right back leg. Opposed to opposite legs)

lol I think Parker does the same thing...we say he walks like a prowling lion...we think he's part cat! He has the sway of his hips...not like any other dog I have had. There's nothing wrong with Parker, so if its the same thing as your puppy, I guess we have baby lion cubs?

Perfectly normal. I think they grow out of it or at least it's more pronounced in puppies. Love it!

I think it comes from the poodle side-have you ever seen the poodle "Swagger"

when its in a dog competition?

I thought something was wrong with my dogs hips-a friend said it looks

like the fluff and swagger you see poodles do at the shows. I think she is right. LOL

Nash does the same thing. He is 9 months old now and he still hasn't outgrown it. Since we just recently shaved him his swag is very noticable. I say it gives him character.
