Bedding for crate?

In just two weeks we are getting an 8 week old Goldendoodle puppy. (We are so excited!) I am wondering what I should put in her crate. I know she may chew on whatever we put in there but I feel bad just leaving her lay on the hard plastic. Any ideas on something safe but soft for her to lay on while in the crate?? Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the info! We have only 9 days left and then we get to bring home our little furball! We actually go tomorrow to pick choose what one we want so I will be sure to post some pictures soon! I am so excited! :)

I am not sure where you live, my babies love the cool floors as well
but in their crates in my bedroom I bought these great thick comfy thick bedding at Petco

I couldn't stand the noise all night with them rolling around on the towels (g)

If you want I need to go to Petco this am and I can give you the name of the bedding I purcashed

I am excited for you......it is so much fun to pick out a furball......

I did end up going to Petsmart and getting a thick comfy white bedding thing for the crate. I figure, she may chew it but it looks really comfy so we'll see. We went yesterday and had an absolute ball playing with all the puppies and just rolling around in the grass with them. I was in absolute heaven. :) It was hard, but we did choose our little Molly out of 4 females (and 5 males but we knew we wanted a female). I am in LOVE! We have one week and then she comes home with us. I have attached 2 photos of our little girl.
