Bark for Life
Come join us at a fun-filled worthwhile event Sunday August 7 in Hoffman Estates.
Bark For Life 2011 is just around the corner! Registration begins at 8 a.m., with the 1 mile event starting at 9 a.m. Participants will be able to purchase bagels and coffee at the event and dog treats if your dog gets hungry! Activities and contests begin at 9:30 a.m. after the conclusion of the 1-mile dog walk. This year activities will include tennis ball bobbing, a cake walk, and pet photo opportunities. Every participant is also invited to enter themselves and their dog into any of the many contests! This year's contests will include dogs that look most like their owners, most creative name, largest/smallest dog, cutest trick and top fundraising dog/team award. There will also be a variety of pet vendors on-site for you to enjoy!
You will also be able to turn in any fundraising money raised at the event. Every dollar that you and your dog raise helps the American Cancer Society move closer to creating a world with less cancer and more birthdays. We couldn’t do it without you!
