Dress Up Doodles!!

I was recently home for an anniversary party and talking with my niece and her husband about dogs. They were on the verge of getting a new dog and somehow the topic came up about people who dress their dogs up. I started laughing and said, "Oh, those people are wackos and by the way, Fudge and Vern were bees for Halloween."

 

 

Recently, I came across this picture for some reason or another and it made me laugh. Don't you think this is what our dogs are thinking about us when we dress them up.

I know we have a Naked Doodle's Club, but Fudge and Vern, unfortunately, have one of those wacky people living with them that doesn't always follow the rules. I would love to see some photos of embarrassing things we have put on our doodles for our own enjoyment. Just another perk of dog ownership :)

Karen, I had a great idea for a shot of Jack, but I can't seem to find that Intercourse T-shirt picture of you. Darn it!! I had no idea Jack quoted Kurtz too. He is not only handsome, but smart too.

Jack would like to know if anyone who is a member of the Naked Doodle Club would like to adopt him????  Molly does not mind being dressed up for now, Jack does not like it and I don't do it so much anymore

Wow, Jennifer....you are a Wackadoodle too....LOL. Love all the pictures, especially poor Jack as a Wiener Dog. Molly is gorgeous.

Love the little picture of Molly is the pink jacket.  I made a little cape and matching purse for my niece out of this same material.  Jack is adorable in all of his outfits.  The little ones always look so cute dressed up.

Honestly Molly doesn't mind being dressed up but Jack does not like it so I only dress him up and snap a picture or two and take it off....... He does have to wear a raincoat in the bad rain though because he just gets so wet..

We play dress up when Emma is here, but about the most they get otherwise is a bow or bandana.

We tend to like holidays to dress a little.

 

OK, and maybe sometimes when someone asks a question like "What type boots do you have for your dog and I'm bored with nothing else to do I might be tempted to dress them up a little just for fun!

These photo's are priceless, I especially love the boots!  If I dressed my Doodle my partner would freak out but I might do something wacky for Halloween! those Halloween collars you have are the bees knees.
