You can try deer or elk antlers, we have quite a few discussions here in the FG about them. The Antler Pantry is a good on-line source.

You can allow buy frozen raw bison and ostrich marrow bones in the freezer section of many specialty pet boutiques.

Himalayan Chews might be another good alternative.

I'm assuming that you are trying to avoid beef. Can I ask how you determined that Melody has food allergies?

Here's an on-line source for venison and bison dog chews and treats:

This is where I get my antlers, etc. for my dogs.  They have WONDERFUL customer service and product.  Join their customer club and you will get emails with specials on their products.  Usually it is for 15 - 20% off selected items.  If you order, tell them Sheba and Duke sent you!  lol

And another source for venison rawhide:

Thank you for your reply!  When we brought Melody to the Vet for her first visit, she had a Bacterial/Yeast Ear infection, and the Vet determined that she probably has food allergies.  We gave her prescription ear drops, and switched her food to Natural Balance Venison/Sweet Potato.  She loves the food, and has had know adverse bowel effects from the food.  We see the Vet again this Saturday.

Well, I know that it will seem strange to you if I disagree with a vet, but most general practice vets are not allergy specialists, and food allergies are actually much rarer than most people believe, accounting for only 10% of all allergies in dogs. Ear infections are extremely common in poodles and poodle mixes, and usually have nothing to do with food. I would not assume that your dog has food allergies based on one ear infection. It's also fairly rare for a puppy to have developed allergies.

Just as a cautionary foot note, I would never give her a rawhide of any kind unsupervised as there is a choking hazzard with them.  In the crate we strickly used a kong stuffed with kibble and a table spoon of canned food and frozen.
I agree with this--Sadie only gets chewie products (tracheas, bully sticks, etc) when supervised. In her crate she gets a frozen kong filled with yogurt and a couple of training treats or cheese.
Good point, we have just been giving her a Kong toy stuffed with Peanut Butter when we leave her in a crate.
I let Lily have a bully stick in the crate but not rawhide, as she can chew pieces off. so far she hasn't with the bully stick.
