ANOTHER GAME BROUGHT BACK FROM THE VAULT!! TELL US YOUR SECRETS!!!

We played this game before with good response. I thought I would bring it back since we have so many new members here on DK and give us another opportunity to learn some fun facts about each other.

I used to volunteer at an Assisted Living Retirement Facility and I did game night every Thursday night. I got so tired of word games and was constantly trying to find something new to play that got met with some response other than, "This is so Stupid!" A while ago, I tried a new game. I asked each resident to write down four things about themselves. Three of the things must be the truth and one should be a lie. It was our job to then guess the lie. Unfortunately, I am dealing with the very elderly and was getting responses like: 1) I am a woman 2) I have gray hair 3) I am wearing a blue shirt 4) I went to the moon...so the answer was pretty obvious, but in a few rare cases we learned some interesting facts.

So, here is the challenge. Write four interesting facts about yourself. Three must be the truth and one is a lie. The rest of us will try to guess the lie! Let's see who is the best guesser on DK! Here are mine:

1.) I had a grandfather named August and his wife (my grandmother) was named Mae. They named their first little girl April.

2.) I hate coffee, tea, juice, Kool-aid, all diet drinks, and alcohol.

3.) My first car was a 1963 red Ford Falcon.

4.) I love Christmas and put up six Christmas trees.

and if I wanted to be really tricky, I could add another comment just to confuse you....is she kidding or is she telling the truth?? I'll never tell :)

5.) Donna of Donna K & Quincy is my arch nemesis here on DK.

P.S. Hold off on giving any answers until people are done guessing. I will post an update and then we can all tell which is the lie. This is hard :)

I vote #1 is the lie. Although I have a great uncle named August, a great aunt named May and if my daughter had been born 11 days earlier I might have named her April.
