It sounded too good to be true. A long while back I bought PetzLife but I did not try it. But the plaque on Calla's teeth was getting bad and her breath--well. So about a week ago I started using the gel twice, now once, a day on her teeth. She doesn't like it, nothing new in that but she doesn't raise too much of a fuss. Her teeth look significantly better and her breath smells good! I would recommend this to all. If we can avoid having the cost of scaling and risks of anesthesia it is really a good idea. And nowadays peridontal disease is blamed for almost everything.

I got mine through Amazon. BTW, I belong to Amazon Prime which gives me free 2 day shipping on many things and to me is well worth it. IF you go through the DK link, which I have on my toolbar you even help doodles. My commercial endorsements are done for the day : )

I love this product. I got it as a recommendation from here. I totally agree it really works!!! Jack went from borderline needing a professional cleaning to minimum tarter!!!!

Thanks For the reminder

In fact I think you and I discussed it back when.

Does it claim to protect the enamel also?   Spud's canines are very worn down.  We are concerned.  This might be an option

No claims like that : ( Is Spud's problem from tennis balls?

Anyone think this is excessive wear for a 3 year old?

You mean because the tip is rounded. Anyway I don't know, has the vet said anything?

He hasn't been in awhile.  Knock on wood, we have been fortunate with good health since Spring

No urgency for sure. But I don't think anything brings enamel back all you can do is prevent further erosion.

Jack's are very bad, too. Not a sharp point in the whole mouth. And until he's in remission and I know what he can and can't have I can't give him his dental chews or even use his toothpaste, so his breath is formidable. :(

This stuff did wonders for Calla's breath.

Joanne I just took a good look at Tara's canine teeth. She is also 3 years old and her teeth definitely still come to a sharp point at the end. I think that Spud's teeth are showing excessive wear but as Karen said all that can be done now is to avoid further wear.  Hopefully eliminating his tennis balls will help some...

Thank Ricki.  Thank you, Tara for giving it up for The Spud.  Starlit is only 11 months younger and her teeth are twice this size.
