We tried the new Fromm Grain Free Game Bird food. And Trixie our very picky eater LOVES it!!!
She even asks for more when her bowl is empty. This morning she went to her bowl looking for food. Something she has never done (I have to call her over to eat)
In fact she will go back & check her bowl several times after she has eaten to make sure she didnt miss a kibble.
The food even looks rich & good- LOL
We also have a smaller bag of the Salmon that we have not tried yet. I hope she likes that as well too.
Fromm has a Promotion on them right now. There is a coupon on the 15# bag (or how ever big that middle bag is) for a free 5# bag of one of the new grain free. So a nice deal for trying them!
Interesting she likes the Beef Veggie 2nd. Then the Chicken & Veggie. She does not like the Pork & Applesauce. (we have only tried the 4 flavors so far) Maybe she will like the Salmon too ...Since like the Game bird & beef its grain free

Glad to hear it. The other new grain-free formula is called Tunalini, lol.
Fromm calls it Salmon & Tunalina ( I figured Id spell Tunalina wrong so I just called it Salmon) But they do have a Salmon & Veggie that isnt grain free...So good to point out it is the Tuna version.
Before I switched JD to grain-free, he was eating the Salmon a la Veg and he loved it.
Fromm is a great company.
Id love to hear how Maddy likes it when you try it.
(as far as I know the coupons were only on the 2 new Flavors)
Ha Ha, My Little Trixster.
She is Still LOVING the Game bird food. I have feed that to her every meal since we got it on Friday (except one Beef & Veggie dinner in there)
Well today I mixied in 1/3 of the Beef Kibble. They are the same size kibble- just lighter in color. She did not eat it with as much Gusto as the all Game bird bowls...And she left 10 pieces of Kibble, all Beef!
It's kind of nice when they make their food preferences known so clearly, lol!
Fudge and Vern get fed Fromm Four Star Line. I alternate formulas. Once in awhile, I have added just a little of the Fromm Grain free line as a topper. They love when I do this, but I wondered if it is beneficial in any way to them?
LOL, Laurie, using one kibble as a "topper" for another kibble is a new one on me!
There's really no benefit to doing that, but no harm, either. Maybe you should just rotate the grain-free formulas in with the others, they apparently like them!
I knew you would like that one...LOL! Thank you! I think I will start doing that for Fudge and Vern.
We tried the chicken a la veg and Zoe doesn't care for it, we'll have to try this one (I don't think grain vs no grain matters for her)
Well, Trixie didnt even look at her food this Morning. : (
She was Spayed 10 days ago & we had people over for the Superbowl last night. We didnt play with her. but she was pretty Excited & Wild. her 1st excitement in 10 days...I hope she just over did it abit
She is extra tired today.
I hope she will want to eat later today... or dinner.
She did come with us on Saturday to pick up another bag of Game Bird food...We told them there how much she loves this food...I hope that is not why she decided to stop eating it :o
Are we absolutely positive that she didn't get any of the party food?
Changes in eating habits, especially something like showing no interest at all in breakfast, for a dog who normally does show enthusiasm for eating breakfast, can be the first sign of illness. I'm not saying it is, or trying to worry you, but I would keep an eye on her.
