Switching Parker from Blue Buffalo to Fromm?

With all of these Blue Buffalo recalls that I have been reading about here on DK lately (not specifically his food I don't think) I am starting to get nervous about keeping him on the Blue Buffalo with all of the issues they have been having with their products. How would I go about properly switching him from the Blue Buffalo Wilderness to a Fromm grain free without messing up his tummy!?

Yes, the surf and turf is what I got (they didnt have the salmon tunalini) but the ingredients were similar and all stuff he eats anyway. It is weird because I looked on the website and it says something different from the bag...it is more specific on the website. I will continue feeding him the 3 cups a day then.

The Surf & Turf should be fine. All the Fromm formulas are good, and dogs really seem to like them!
